Beijing CAS Microneedle Technology, Ltd. was founded in 2018 by the core research team led by Researcher Gao Yunhua from the Institute of Physical and Chemical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company specializes in full-chain R&D and industrialization of microneedle transdermal technology, with businesses covering three core sectors: pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics.

Our self-developed flexible dissolvable microneedle technology has been certified as reaching an internationally advanced level. We also hold the registration certificate for China’s first Class II medical device – microneedle transdermal patch. We boast a comprehensive production layout: we operate an in-house professional pilot production line with an annual capacity of 10 million patches, while our Chongqing subsidiary runs a standardized GMP cosmetics production line with an annual output of 150 million patches. All production lines have passed five authoritative system certifications including ISO 22716 and us-GMPC, placing our large-scale manufacturing capacity among the top tier of the industry.

As a national high-tech enterprise and a Beijing Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative (SRUI) enterprise, we have built an integrated full-platform for microneedle transdermal technology that delivers end-to-end capabilities from early-stage R&D to mass production. We provide one-stop customized CRO/CMO/CDMO/ODM solutions for clients worldwide.
